What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing reception duties, including incoming calls, post, deliveries, and office supplies.

  • Assisting with the preparation and tracking of engineer job packs and client reports.

  • Updating documentation, drawings (using Visio), and internal registers to reflect project progress and KPIs.

  • Coordinating report reviews and issuing final documents to clients.

  • Supporting day-to-day office operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a tidy workspace.

  • Attending internal meetings and contributing to team activities.

  • Adhering to company policies regarding health & safety, equipment care, and quality standards.

  • Using standard office software and equipment to complete administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and working within IT systems and databases.

  • Consistent professionalism in attendance, appearance, and communication.

Role Details:

  • £27,000 DOE
