Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the dental nursing team
- Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards
- Support clinicians in delivering high-quality care
- Maintain stock levels and oversee infection control protocols
- Train and mentor junior dental nurses
About You
- Qualified Dental Nurse (GDC registered)
- Proven experience in a senior nursing role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passionate about patient care and teamwork
