An exciting opportunity for an experienced Panel Wirer is available in Birtley on a temp to perm basis.
The position offers a salary of £15 per hour PAYE and requires candidates to have a time-served background in panel wiring or a similar electrical discipline.
Candidates must be able to start immediately and work unsupervised in a busy workshop/manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include building and wiring control panels, as well as fault finding on those panels, while being able to read electrical schematic diagrams.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Panel Wirer to join the team of a growing business based in Birtley.

The ideal candidate will be able to build and wire control panels in a busy workshop/manufacturing environment.

Must be available to start immediately

Role and Responsibilities

Knowledge and Experience

Time served Panel Wirer or similar Electrical discipline
The ability to work unsupervised
Must be able to read electrical schematic diagrams
Able to carry out all control panel building functions from fitting out to wiring and testing
Excellent communication skills written and verbal at all levels
Must be hard working with a keen eye for detail
