Pin Point recruitment are looking for an administrator for a leading manufacturing and logistics company based in the Birtley area
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ring customers to agree and arrange product collections
- Using internal systems to log collection jobs
- Follow up on any failed collections with the customer
Required Skills & Experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Good PC skills; using internal systems
- Strong organisational skills
