Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Record breakdown information accurately and generate job cards for tracking.
- Schedule and book services, repairs, and maintenance appointments.
- Update customers on the progress of repairs and resolve queries effectively.
- Liaise with engineers to obtain job updates and ensure timely completion of work.
- Arrange maintenance for engineers' service vans.
- Handle administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and document distribution to relevant customers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately.
