You may be an experienced shot blaster, or they are willing to train the right individual who may have already worked in a similar manufacturing/engineering environment and looking to develop a new career.

This is a varied role that would include:
Loading and unloading of components onto the track system
Preparation of the hangers prior to blasting
Prepare finished product for despatch to the factory
Load and unload (if FLT licence held)
Shot Blasting
Housekeeping
Having a valid fork lift truck licence is not essential but would be an advantage.
