Description

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact
Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts
Provide proactive business advice and tax planning strategies
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Supervise and mentor junior team members
Identify and pursue business development opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines

Profile

Qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in practice
Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax legislation
Excellent client relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
