Description

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts
  • Provide proactive business advice and tax planning strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines

Profile

  • Qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax legislation
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
