About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Accounts Office. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, thrives in a structured environment, and values clear communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel
  • Handling incoming emails, phone calls, and post professionally and efficiently
  • Maintaining internal systems and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Supporting colleagues with ad hoc tasks to maintain workflow
  • Organising and managing filing systems
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies
  • Ensuring all administrative processes align with company policies
  • Assisting with company-related filings such as setting up businesses and submitting confirmation statements
  • Managing invoicing, sending statements, and following up where necessary
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Gmail, and Outlook
