Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients face-to-face and over the phone
- Manage rental inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Upsell services to maximise client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate administrative records
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in sales and administration
- Confident phone communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in a rental environment (not mandatory)
- Customer service background
Technologies:
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous, though training will be provided.
