26/hour (circa55,000 p.a. pro-rata)

Candidates must have significant knowledge of managing staff within aCall Centre environment.

The job will be to lead the national gas planning team responsible for the scheduling, compliance and performance management of all gas servicing and repair activities delivered internally and externally. Ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across multiple regions. Therefore, experience in Gas Servicing and Repair Scheduling is necessary to fulfill this position.
