Head chef required for an establishment inAnglesey, this is a fresh food pub that is looking to go further and develop the food offering. They are open to go down the award route and they are also a farm to fork mindset to the produce they use. They have accommodation available, which overlooks the beech. This is a brilliant opportunity for a head chef to bring skills to this kitchen and make a bit of a name inAnglesey.

The role
As a head chef you will run the kitchen, you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, work withAnglesey and north Wales suppliers to ensure brilliant produce is showcased, out of season do tasting menu nights. This is a brilliant opportunity to drive the business forward and the kitchen forward, with plenty of scope. They have a pizza oven & large outdoor dining area as well as a bar area and also a restaurant part as well.
