The hours of work: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
The successful candidate will:
- Be the brand custodian all product ranges
- Run the annual brand management processes
- Have ownership of all brand communications to B2B and B2C targets
- Control of the full marketing communications schedule (including digital) - customer communications, PR advertising and manage the Marketing activity schedule
- Line manage a Marketing Executive, and lead the development of the marketing team by setting clear objectives with ongoing performance management process
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities of the department
- Delivering of company targets and key performance indicators
- Liaise with the team to ensure the graphic design workload is prioritised to meet customer needs
- Review and monitor external companies used, such as print, POS, design and events management
- Management of marketing budget in line with sales generation and company goals
- Work with relevant sales leads to develop and delivery of specific launches and campaigns
- Attend meetings as part of the management team, providing support and input into the company objectives and performance
- Manage and coordinate all channel exhibitions and events and ensure planning and company objectives are achieved, with support from the Events Executive
- Support product management with ongoing planning and maintenance for both existing and new technology
- Work alongside the Marketing Director and counterpart Marketing Manager to manage, monitor and implement the wider market strategy
The successful candidate will:
- Have a degree in Marketing or Business or an equivalent level of education
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing or equivalent roles
- High level competencies in customer focus, leadership, motivation, inspiration and strategic orientation
Candidates with experience of: Senior Marketing Executive, Brand Manager, Marketing Campaign Manager, Marketing Supervisor, B2B Marketing, Senior Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Strategy Manager, Group Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialist may also be considered for this role.
