THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
You will play a key part in helping shape digital strategies, improve user experience and drive performance. This is a hands on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and optimising digital journeys.
MARKETING MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Support digital marketing initiatives and contribute to overall website performance
- Confident in managing Google Ads campaigns
- Comfortable handling larger budgets
- Monitor data trends and recommend actions to improve user experience and engagement
- Collaborate effectively with content, design, and development teams
- Track and report on key performance metrics to inform decision making
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or related role
- Background in either agency or in-house environments, ideally managing substantial budgets
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a desire to continue learning and developing
