Randstad Education are currently recruiting for a Nursery Manager for a full-time role based in Chester. This is a permanent role and starting ASAP. Previous experience working in a Nursery setting is essential for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery and ensuring high-standards are maintained
- Ensuring the promotion and delivery of the EYFS Framework across the Nursery
- Providing care for children aged 0-12 years
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date registers and records of all children in the nursery
- Communicating regular feedback to parents/guardians on their child's progress and development
- Line managing the Deputy Manager, Room Leaders, and all other Nursery staff
- Contributing to the overall business development of the nursery
- Be responsible for admissions to the Nursery
- Be accountable for day-to-day financial systems directly relating to the nursery
- Providing training, supervision, and appraisals for all nursery staff
Requirements
- Level 3 childcare qualification
- Strong knowledge of EYFS framework
- Previous experience of leadership/management
- Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
