Customer Service Executive - Manufacturing
Location: Chester
Salary: circa 35,000 per annum

We're partnering with a well-established international manufacturing business to recruit a Customer Service Executive for their UK operation in the North West. This standalone role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to work closely with both UK and European teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Be the main point of contact for B2B clients post-order confirmation.
  • Manage aftersales communication, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive support and service.

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with production to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Partner with the quality team to uphold standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Collaborate with accounts to ensure accurate billing and transactions.

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service issues.
  • Support reporting requirements for the European Head Office.

Future Development

  • Potential to grow into sales support or account management.

About You

  • Experience in customer service within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record supporting B2B clients.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems (highly desirable).
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous role.
  • Understanding of B2B supply chains and dynamic sales environments is a plus.
