The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the head office team for a Field Sales Support professional to join the operations function. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to learn and develop within a sales support environment. You'll play a key role in supporting the field sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely, accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to sales teams, account managers, and clients to enhance operational efficiency and support improvements in sales performance and quality.

  • Assist in the onboarding of new sales offices, ensuring all documentation and processes are properly set up.

  • Support the Territory Manager and wider operations team with logistical planning and coordination for field sales teams.

  • Take ownership of data reporting-compiling accurate reports and flagging any discrepancies to the relevant teams.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both the internal sales teams and client account managers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Confidence using Excel (or a willingness to learn quickly).

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage shifting priorities, and adapt quickly.

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude towards tasks and challenges.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • A genuine interest in learning and developing within a sales support role.
