The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the head office team for a Field Sales Support professional to join the operations function. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to learn and develop within a sales support environment. You'll play a key role in supporting the field sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely, accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily support to sales teams, account managers, and clients to enhance operational efficiency and support improvements in sales performance and quality.

Assist in the onboarding of new sales offices, ensuring all documentation and processes are properly set up.

Support the Territory Manager and wider operations team with logistical planning and coordination for field sales teams.

Take ownership of data reporting-compiling accurate reports and flagging any discrepancies to the relevant teams.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with both the internal sales teams and client account managers.
