Our client is a fast-growing company delivering expert project management solutions across multiple industries. The company are looking for a hands-on Contracts Manager to lead and oversee new build, fit-out, and social housing projects.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing a variety of projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish while maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage contracts, procurement, and supplier negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety, and best practices
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Resolve project challenges with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Support business growth by identifying efficiencies and process improvements
