The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Maintenance Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of maintenance contracts. The successful candidate will ensure that all sites are maintained to the highest standards, contracts are delivered on time and within budget, and client satisfaction remains consistently high.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of commercial and public sector clients.
  • Oversee the scheduling, delivery, and quality of maintenance services.
  • Lead and support site teams, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Monitor contract performance and address any operational challenges promptly.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and performance reviews for senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and contract growth.

About You

  • Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing contracts and client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
