My Client, a market leading Environmental Consultancy based in Chester is searching for a Senior Consultant to join their supportive team.

As a Senior Hydraulic Modeller you are required to have a strong academic background and experience working for a UK based Consultancy specialising in flood risk assessments and hydraulic modelling using Flood Modeller and Tuflow.

It is also beneficial for applicants to reside in the local area as yiou will be required to work from the office.

Typically the role will involve varied residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare and mixed use development projects for private ad public sector clients.

You will also be supported by the team to complete the following;
-Hydraulic modelling and model build using Flood Modeller and Tuflow.
-Flood risk assessments, flood consequence assessments and nutrient neutrality assessments.
-Hydrological assessments and drainage strategies.
-Natural flood management.
-Flood risk mapping and estimation.
-Support new team members and check technical flood risk and complex hydraulic modelling using Flood Modeller and Tuflow.
-Frequent liaison with Private Sector Clients and Local Authorities to develop new opportunities and ensure projects are delivered to time and budget.

You will be required to work from the local office. Home working is available, on occasion.
