We're recruiting a for a full or part time, highly agile, bright, well & widely skilled Team Administrator for a successful, reputable & sought after employer based Chester City Centre.

The successful candidate provide Administrative day-to-day team support for the busy Commercial Property Department of this property organisation.

Office based. Full time: 37.5hrs. Part time hours flexible but min 4 days pw & must include Friday. Flexibility on start / finish times eg: school hours is no problem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, handling them professionally & efficiently
  • Deal with all enquiries received via email from Zoopla and EG Propertylink
  • Facilitate communication between surveyors & clients
  • Ensuring that diaries are updated & book viewings with potential tenants/buyers
  • Organise & coordinate high-level meetings, conferences & events, ensuring all logistics & materials are prepared in advance
  • Manage multiple priorities with efficiency, discretion & professionalism
  • Design and produce marketing brochures for lettings & sales
  • Type dictations & valuation reports
  • Organise & minute agency meetings on a monthly basis
  • Raise fee notes & send to clients
  • Upload new listings to to external portals
  • Book travel accommodation for directors

The candidate attributes:

  • Strong organisational & project management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare professional reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
  • A proactive & adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

Ideally we'd love to see an application from a candidate with an interest or background in Property but a similar & proven background in positively & effectively providing team administration support is essential. Full support & training in the property side of the role will be given.
