iO Associates seeks a EHS Controller for the Broughton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities
- Provide competent EHS advice across strategic projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements such as CDM Regulations 2015 and the Building Safety Act.
- Conduct EHS inspections, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions for both internal teams and service providers.
- Support FMRE operations by managing risk controls, reviewing contractor safety systems, and overseeing equipment compliance and maintenance.
- Promote EHS culture across all levels through training, KPI reporting, awareness campaigns, and induction programs.
Skills
- Advise on EHS compliance for strategic projects, including CDM 2015 and Building Safety Act.
- Lead EHS inspections, investigations, and corrective action implementation.
- Manage FMRE risk controls and contractor safety assessments.
- Drive EHS culture through training, reporting, and awareness initiatives.
