My client who work within the financial services industry is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team.

Duties and Experience: Executive Assistant

  • This multifaceted role will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Board and senior leadership governance, including minute taking, preparing and distributing presentation and action tracking.
  • Acting as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing and maintaining office supplies and nontechnical equipment.
  • Lead on the development of existing internal communication practices and social committee management.
  • Processing expenses, invoices and purchase orders for executive and office spend.
  • Assisting with budget management.
  • Must have experience working in an Executive Assistant role or a senior administrator.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in a Financial Services environment would be an advantage.
  • Experience of SharePoint documents and communication sites.
