About the Role

We’re looking for a Paraplanner (or junior Paraplanner) to join a well-established and forward-thinking wealth management team in Chester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a someone who is passionate about financial planning, thrives on technical work, and finds genuine satisfaction in supporting high-quality advice to clients.

You’ll work closely with Financial Planners and the wider team to deliver outstanding service, with the opportunity to grow your technical expertise and make a lasting impact within a collaborative and values-driven firm.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing detailed and compliant suitability reports tailored to client objectives
  • Supporting the advice process by researching and analysing financial planning solutions
  • Assisting in the preparation of client meetings, including reviews and onboarding
  • Collaborating with advisers to construct robust, tax-efficient financial strategies
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory and product changes
  • Playing an active role in continuous improvement of processes and client service

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • Paraplanning experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Working towards or achieved Level 4 Diploma
  • Experience working in a IFA firm
