Client Onboarding Specialist

They are seeking an experience Client Onboarding Specialist to join the Chester office. You will be full time office based for the first 3 months, moving to a hybrid working model of working from home 1-2 days a week thereafter. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, however flexibility would be required during busy periods.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end client onboarding across their cash management solutions, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients while meeting strict timelines and quality standard

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client implementations from initiation to completion across the banks cash management solutions.
  • Partner with clients to agree on project delivery timelines, communicate status updates, and identify/mitigate risks.
  • Provide a tailored approach to meet client needs, using project management routines for larger-scale deliverables.
  • Lead conference calls with clients and internal stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and influence outcomes where necessary.
  • Complete product and service setups within systems, maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of onboarding progress and escalate issues as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Client Onboarding Experience (not AML/KYC).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (internal and external).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes under pressure.
  • Proven ability to manage and negotiate deadlines effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Previous project management or relevant experience - candidates must be able to hit the ground running.

Preferred Skills

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in financial services or investment banking is advantageous.
  • Broad understanding of cash and treasury solutions.
