Job Title: Customer Service - Dutch Speaking
Location: Chester Business Park - hybrid working
Remuneration: 16.50 p/hour
Contract Details: Rolling 6 month contract. Monday-Friday shift pattern: (7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm) - Overtime and Saturday working to be expected

Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute policies around order management and customer inquiries, ensuring compliance.
- Receive and enter customer orders in the SAP system after thorough validation.
- Inform customers about any quality issues, recalls, or product holds promptly.
- Handle backorders and returns, managing approvals and customer communications.
- Monitor open orders and resolve exceptions as they arise.
- Archive order and delivery documents efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring accurate records in our call tracking tool.
- Route inquiries to relevant departments to streamline operations.
- Resolve routine complaints and disputes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (speaking, writing, understanding).
- French is a plus, especially if you bring SAP experience.
- Previous experience with SAP preferred.
