Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk & reception area, taking calls and directing general inquiries
  • Maintain exceptionally high standards across the office, social areas, and meeting rooms
  • Provide a first-class visitor experience for our clients high-value clients
  • Book business travel and assist the Operations team with general administration
  • Order and maintain office and agency supplies
  • Liaise with suppliers to organise maintenance visits
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Get involved in organising social activities on- and off-site
