Key Responsibilities:

This is a highly innovative, forward-thinking department. They are miles ahead of other competition in terms of the software and technology they use to conceptualise new publications.

• Developing engineering instructions to set standards
• Maintaining existing technical publications
• Continuously improving user experience (UX) of product information * Help with onboarding external support
• Generating video instructions when needed

Experience / Background Required:

• Proven advanced knowledge of InDesign.
• Knowledge and experience in 3D CAD
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
• Prior authoring experience in equipment and software user manuals * Good understanding of the user experience (UX) concept
• An understanding of document control
• Video generating and editing experience advantageous
• Strong interest in AR
• Higher education (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent professional experience)
