Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales? Or do you have the gift of the gab and want to start a career in Sales? Were looking for several Broadband Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for selling broadband packages to potential customers over the phone (warm leads), providing excellent service, and hitting sales targets.

Key responsibilities of a Broadband Telesales Executive:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote broadband services.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored broadband solutions.
  • Handle sales leads and convert into customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with customer details and sales progress.
What Were Looking For:
  • Previous sales experience or similar desirable but not essential.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven individual.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Computer literate and the ability to use CRM software.
