Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with a rapidly expanding t/o £100m+ Leisure business located near Chester as they seek an experienced Director of People & Culture to join their team.In this key position, you will work closely with high-calibre Managing Director/ Operations Director's to steer the strategic vision and operational execution of the Human Resources function. Your primary focus will involve ensuring that HRinitiatives align seamlessly with the organisation's objectives and core values.
