Due to an exciting period of growth, we have multiple opportunities for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our 2025 Campus (Commencing 30.06.25), working within key areas of our tech digital divisions.

TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE90% of Searchability's leaders and top billers joined us originally a Trainee, learned the ropes through our internal and external training programmes, flexed outside of the 9-5 (a non-negotiable to be a success in this industry) and pushed themselves to get to where they are today. We're on the hunt for the next generation of recruitment success stories for our Searchability 2025 Campus, candidates with great work ethic, grit and determination to learn and earn in this industry. We're open to candidates from all backgrounds - e.g. Hospitality Management, Retail Management, Estate Agency - who are ready to immerse themselves into our recruitment processes, frameworks and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in their market.

TRAINEE RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Immersing yourself into our key technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, Indeed, Lusha and more
  • Conducting business development from day one - you'll need confidence, creativity and great communication skills on the phone, digitally and in person
  • Sourcing candidates for active vacancies, and managing the end to end hiring process
  • Ability to understand your assigned tech market inside and out to become a true specialist in your field
  • Administration including prepping CV's, submitting candidates for vacancies, sending placement confirmations in line with our CRM compliance checks.
  • Building your professional network through social media and actively marketing through these channels

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
