What Will You Be Doing?
As Junior Solutions Account Manager, you'll support a portfolio of B2B clients and affiliate partners. Working closely with Senior Account Managers, you'll help onboard new clients, manage commercial performance, and provide reporting and analysis to ensure ongoing value and retention.
You'll build strong relationships, handle queries, and support the delivery of tailored payment and FX solutions that meet client needs.
Junior Solutions Account Manager Requirements:
- Experience in account management, client success, or commercial B2B sales
- Background in fintech, payments, financial services, or SaaS desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence with commercial reporting tools and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Excel etc)
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and eagerness to learn
