Are you passionate about technology and providing exceptional customer service? Our client is seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join their Internal Employee Technology Support team. This role will play a vital part in supporting a global user base, ensuring that employees have the tools and assistance they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for technology issues via phone, primarily focusing on Microsoft applications and proprietary systems.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on various technologies, including Windows 10/11 and iOS devices (iPad/iPhone).
  • Utilise ticketing systems to log, track, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing user inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Participate in in-house training to enhance your skills and knowledge of the tools and systems used.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11 operating systems and iOS devices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and effective interaction with users.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle various user requests and problems effectively.
  • Experience in a technology call centre or customer service environment is highly desirable.
