Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm | ?? 28th July - 15th August (inclusive)I am looking for a reliable and friendly Temporary Administrator to support a warehouse-based team during a period of holiday cover. This is a calm and steady-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin and light hands-on tasks.??? What you'll be doing:
- Answering incoming calls and handling basic queries
- Carrying out general admin tasks to support the team
- Greeting and assisting any visitors to the site
- Helping with light packing of small items (bags and cardboard boxes - nothing heavy!)
? What I'm looking for:
- A confident communicator with a helpful attitude
- Organised and comfortable working independently
- Physically able to assist with light packing duties
- Available for the full assignment from 28th July to 15th August
This is a great short-term role for someone who's happy to lend a hand and keep things running smoothly during a quieter period! You will have an hourly rate of £12.50ph plus holiday roll up, and working hours of 9am-4pm with a 30-minute unpaid break. There is plenty of free parking on site, and a small breakout room to enjoy your break in!
