Are you a skilled Finishing Operative with hands-on experience in paint spraying, powder coating, or lacquering? We're currently working with a well-established and highly respected Birmingham-based manufacturing company seeking a dedicated individual to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for:
" Preparing and finishing metal components to an exceptional standard.
" Applying paint, powder coating, or lacquer using appropriate techniques and equipment.
" Ensuring a smooth and even finish in line with product specifications.
" Quality checking finished items for consistency, colour match, and defect-free surfaces.
" Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For
" Proven experience in one or more of the following: paint spraying, powder coating, or lacquering (ideally on metal or high-end products).
" Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finishes.
" Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
" Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn and develop further within the role.
