Reed Legal is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a progressive solicitor practice based in Chester, seeking a talented Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:As part of the Corporate & Commercial team, you will handle a broad and stimulating caseload, including:
- Advising on M&A transactions, including share and asset purchases
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, agency, and service agreements
- Supporting clients with corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and articles of association
- Advising on joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances
- Handling company restructures, demergers, and reorganisations
- Providing legal support on private equity and investment transactions
- Assisting with business start-ups, including incorporation and structuring
- Advising on intellectual property and data protection issues within commercial contracts
- Liaising with clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporates across various sectors
- A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially astute with excellent client-facing abilities
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a desire to contribute to a relaxed but high-performing culture
