Wills and Probate Solicitor – ChesterAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Wills and Probate Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Chester.This firm is recognised as a leading provider of legal services in the region, known for its strong reputation in client care, quality of service, and progressive working environment. Due to continued growth, the firm is now looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Solicitor to join its expanding Wills and Probate team.The Role:The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including Wills, estate administration, powers of attorney, and estate planning. The role offers scope for real involvement in the development of the department and wider firm, including marketing and business development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and sharing knowledge & best practice.Candidate Profile:
  • A qualified Solicitor ideally 3 years PQE+ with experience in Wills and Probate
