Ideally, you will have gained experience of dealing with Regulatory work during your training contract, or as a Paralegal. The main purpose of this role is to work on a mixed caseload of contentious & non-contentious matters and be open to dealing with public inquiries, DVSA investigations, traffic commissioner hearings, planning & environmental issues, heavy haulage work, international carriage of goods and defending all types of prosecutions brought against the haulage industry.The client base is second to none, and despite being a small boutique practice you will be dealing with work that rivals top-tier city law firms. So, you will be advising and representing commercial clients and FTSE 100 / 250 clients.
