The Chester office is known for its down-to-earth and friendly atmosphere, making it an ideal place to thrive professionally.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Commercial Property Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including opening and maintaining files, assisting Fee Earners with file creation, drafting statements, and liaising with clients. Your duties will also involve generating client care correspondence, carrying out searches, and using the H M Land Registry portal. You will be preparing invoices, completion statements, and other accounts documentation under supervision. Additionally, you will be required to perform copy typing of documents, prepare correspondence through audio typing, and interact with clients via email or telephone. The role offers a competitive salary and a supportive work environment.ABOUT YOUTo excel in this role, you should possess a positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work methodically and organised. You will need to manage your time and caseload proactively, with demonstrable attention to detail. A willingness to learn and develop your skillset is essential.
