We are looking for a suitable qualified and experienced person for a long term contract within a social housing group.
Property Services is responsible for delivering a high quality and cost effective property repairs, compliance and installation and estate services across the UK to mainly internal clients and additionally a small number of external clients. It is also responsible for operational Health and Safety of the service, including fire safety and delivering effective group wide asset management and reinvestment programmes.
The role will be tolead the national gas planning team responsible for the scheduling, compliance and performance management of all gas servicing and repair activities delivered internally and externally. Ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across multiple regions.
You will need to have-
- Significant experience of managing staff within a call centre setting
- Recent experience in a similar role managing planning and scheduling functions within a gas compliance or property maintenance environment
- Significant experience in developing and improving planning and compliance processes, particularly in relation to gas servicing, repairs and regulatory obligations
- Proven experience in delivering operational efficiencies and service improvements through the use of planning software, workforce management tools, and data analytics
- Significant experience in delivering high-quality, customer-focused services within a regulated environment, ensuring safety and compliance
- Understanding of managing statutory gas compliance programmes, including servicing, repairs and safety checks across a large housing portfolio
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage KPIs and deliver service improvements
- Significant experience in diagnosing service delivery issues and implementing effective, sustainable solutions in a fast-paced operational setting
- Proven knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and good practice
- Significant experience in managing competing priorities and deadlines, ensuring service continuity and compliance across multiple regions
- Some experience in budget planning and financial oversight, supporting cost-effective service delivery and resource allocation
