About the Role

Title: Returns Administrator

Role: Permanent, full time 

Location: Chester, office based

Salary: up to £27K per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the processing of returned products, ensuring accurate resolution in line with company procedures.
  • Investigate reasons for product returns and follow through with repair, credit, or replacement processes.
  • Support the processing of custom orders, including data entry and system updates.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of local orders and repairs in a timely manner.
  • Identify and escalate any potential quality issues in line with compliance and quality management standards.
     

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Previous experience in administration (ideally within operations, logistics, or sales support).
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Confidence in using multiple systems and software, including CRM platforms.
