M & E Site Manager

The role:
Linsco are delighted to be working on this new role alongside our client who are looking for a M&E Site Manager, Electrical biased, to work on a 21 week fit out project in Chester.

Role Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
  • Ensure all health & safety regulations and company policies are adhered to.
  • Contiunue to maintain high-quality standards throughout the build.
  • Comfortable in communicating effectively with key project stakeholders, including clients, design teams and local authorities.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Manage site documentation, including RAMS, site reports, and progress records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager with Electrical background
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain efficient workflow.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
