Our client, a well-regarded company in the water sector, is seeking a skilled Site Manager to manage and deliver works across multiple sites. This is a contract position for an initial 12-month period, and the successful candidate will start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery of works on various sites
- Supporting subcontractors, project engineers, and health & safety officers
- Overseeing programme timelines and cost management
- Conducting toolbox talks and reviewing risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Maintaining effective site management and liaising with relevant stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Experience in civil engineering within the water sector
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance
- Proven ability to manage costs and programme timelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to start the contract as soon as possible
