My client are a regional civil engineering and construction business. They are looking to onboard a site manager to assist in the delivery of multiple schemes in the North West working on a valued clients framework. The ideal candidate will have experience within the water sector.
Site manager responsibilities:
- Day to day site management.
- Managing plant, labour and materials.
- Daily diaries.
- Material procurement.
- Managing health and safety.
- Early warning signs.
- Working alongside and reporting to the project and contract manager.
- Daily briefings.
- Liaising with the client, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
Site manager requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- CSCS card - Gold/ Black or White.
- SMSTS.
- First aid.
- TWC/ TWS - Desirable.
- Experience within the water sector.
- Knowledge and understanding of NEC contract 4.
- IT literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
