Job Overview
Elect Resourcing are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager it will be for a three storey traditional build care home, project duration is circa 15 months starting in the new year.

Ideally with a Care Home Build Background but open to candidates that have multi room experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong management skills and technical expertise to lead diverse teams and drive project success.

Rates Negotiable , This will be a temp to perm role working directly for the clients after 3 months

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project progression
  • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software and monitor progress against milestones
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and labour teams, providing guidance and supervision as needed
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Identify potential risks or issues early and implement corrective actions promptly
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, progress reports, and safety records
  • Promote a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety policies at all times

Experience

  • Proven management experience within the construction or infrastructure sectors
  • Supervising experience with a track record of leading successful projects
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to construction sites
