M & E Site Manager
Location: Chester
Salary:£250 - £280 per day
Contract Type: Temp - 21 weeks

The role:
Linsco are delighted to be working on this new role alongside our client who are looking for a M&E Site Manager, Electrical biased, to work on a 21 week fit out project in Chester.
Role Responsibilities:
- To oversee the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
- Ensure all health & safety regulations and company policies are adhered to.
- Contiunue to maintain high-quality standards throughout the build.
- Comfortable in communicating effectively with key project stakeholders, including clients, design teams and local authorities.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Manage site documentation, including RAMS, site reports, and progress records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with Electrical background
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain efficient workflow.
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
