Salary: up to £50,000 Depending on Experience
Holidays: 22 days increasing each year up to 25 - plus bank holidays

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Social Media to lead the growth and execution of social strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. This is a key leadership role reporting to the Managing Director, responsible for scaling brand presence, engagement, and community through both organic and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the social media calendar and daily content execution.
- Create platform-native content and manage community engagement.
- Develop and implement scalable strategies to drive reach, growth, and performance.
- Lead influencer and creator partnerships from sourcing to performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage a team of Social Media Executives.
What We're Looking For:
- Travel Experince - Highly Desirable
- 5+ years in a senior social media role with a track record of growth.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and trends.
- Strong understanding of paid social and content performance analytics.
- Experience managing influencer programs and social media tools.
- A creative, data-driven leader with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
