Job Title: EPOS Field Engineer
Location: National Travel (Head Office: Cheshire)
Salary: £35,000 per year + Overtime + Company Benefits Package
About the Role:
Club Control, the UKs largest supplier of EPOS and management systems to the members and sporting club sector, is looking for a full-time EPOS Field Engineer to join our growing team. This is a field-based role involving national travel, working from a company van with a fuel card and a company-issued laptop.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and maintenance of EPOS systems at customer sites across the UK.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues (break/fix).
Supporting customers with system upgrades and connectivity.
Cabling using cat 5 and cat6 network cable
Providing evening and weekend phone support on a 1-in-5 rota (with on-call pay).
Occasionally staying overnight when required (hotel and allowance provided).
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience installing or supporting EPOS systems is a strong advantage.
Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking.
Understanding of networking and running network cables
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Excellent customer facing skills coupled with strong service and communication skills.
