Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Support project teams in the development of factory infrastructure.

Assist in creating technical specifications for machinery, equipment, and building systems.

Collaborate with teams to prepare for equipment start-up and operational handover.

Train newly hired operators.

Prepare regular project reports (weekly/monthly).

Contribute to the growth and development of a newly forming team.
Required Skills and Experience:

Experience with installation, commissioning, start-up, and acceptance testing of machinery and equipment.

Familiarity with production machinery, pulping systems, chemical dosing, and overall process operations.

Ability to monitor production processes, analyse data, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Strong troubleshooting skills using root cause analysis methodologies.

Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Proficiency with SAP, SAGE, and Microsoft Office.

Flexibility to work in a dynamic, changing environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across multiple departments.

Experience in supporting product development, innovation, and project delivery timelines.
Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Working Conditions:

On-site work within a project environment on a major construction site.
