Morson are working with one of the UK's Leading Aerospace Manufacturers who have great opportunity to join the Quality Team as a Quality Line Side IPQ Assessor.

Key Tasks:

  • Perform industrial qualifications to ensure that an internal shop is enabled to perform an industrial process.
  • Conduct validation of couple and IQ report.
  • Collect evidence to evaluate compliance or non compliance to process.
  • When non compliance occurs support impact analysis and recovery actions.
  • Propose IQ status and Inform validator.

Responsibilities:

  • To contribute to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality / quality technical issues from business team and customer, to ensure appropriate containment, and archiving, corrective and curative action is taken by the accountable function through multifunctional teams.
  • To actively participate to processes improvements.
  • To analyse Process Capability results in order to ensure preventive and corrective actions are taken in case of process deviations.
