An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Property Sales Executive to join a well-established, independent Estate Agency based in Chester.

We're looking for someone who is personable, professional, and passionate about guiding clients through one of the most important journeys of their lives-buying and selling property!

Duties will include:

Matching properties to prospective buyers using industry specific customer relations manager. Calling prospective buyers to discuss new listings.
Dealing with incoming enquiries (online, telephone and through social media) and booking in viewings.
Conducting some viewings.
Gathering feedback from viewings and discussing with vendors.
Dealing with offers and negotiating sales.
Writing properties particulars for listings.
Working closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors to progress sales from offer to completion.

This role is working mostly Monday to Friday with a Saturday on a rota basis.
